VITAMIRA SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed through the Vitamira website, operated by Nuviskin Pharmaceutical Pty Ltd (ABN 36 687 157 428).
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00pm Sydney time (AEST/AEDT) on a business day are typically dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00pm Sydney time, on weekends, or on NSW public holidays are processed and dispatched the next business day.
All orders are dispatched within 1 business day of order confirmation, subject to product availability.
Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Sydney, NSW.
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We currently ship within Australia only.
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Free standard shipping on orders over $60 AUD.
- Standard shipping below the $60 threshold: $10 AUD flat rate. Estimated delivery: 3 to 4 business days from dispatch.
- Express shipping: $15 AUD flat rate. Estimated delivery: 1 to 2 business days from dispatch.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather events, public holidays, remote area servicing, or other factors outside our control. For the most current Australia Post delivery estimates to your specific postcode, please refer to the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder, then contact us using the details below.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery costs may apply.
6. Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and (where applicable) photographs of the damage.
We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
7. Risk and Title
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
Title to the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
