Per hard capsule: Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 25 micrograms (1000 IU); Menaquinone 7 (Vitamin K2) 180 micrograms.

Colloidal anhydrous silica, di-alpha-tocopherol, hypromellose, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, purified water, silicon dioxide, sodium ascorbate, starch sodium octenyl succinate, vegetable oil.

Adults, take 1 capsule with water, once daily, or as directed by your health professional.

Discontinue use at least two weeks prior to elective surgery, or as directed by your health professional.
