Frequently asked questions

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Order before 2:00pm Sydney time on a business day and it's typically dispatched the same day, otherwise the next business day. All orders ship from our Sydney fulfilment centre with Australia Post.

Standard shipping usually arrives within 3–4 business days of dispatch, and Express within 1–2 business days. These are Australia Post estimates rather than guarantees, and your tracking link shows the latest ETA for your postcode.

Standard shipping is a flat $10 and Express is $15, with free standard shipping once your order passes the free-shipping threshold. See our Shipping Policy for current rates and full terms.

Not yet. We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then get in touch and we'll chase it up.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where applicable. We'll assess it quickly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, and we cover return shipping for verified faults.

For health and hygiene reasons we generally can't accept change-of-mind returns once a product has been opened or its seal broken. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.

Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it. Once an order has been dispatched we can't cancel it, but our Refund Policy sets out your options from there.

Our vitamin range (Vitamin C 500mg, Vitamin D3 + Magnesium and Vitamin D3 + K2) is Australian made in a TGA-licensed NSW facility, with the AUST L number on every bottle. Our Creatine Monohydrate is internationally sourced and dispatched fast from our Australian warehouse.

Yes. The entire range is vegan and gluten-free, with no proprietary blends or unnecessary fillers.
